In our opinion fish over coal is one of lifes greatest pleasures.
All of our fish along with the rest of the menu is locally sourced from the South West coastline.
We only create menus with fish that is in season, 24 hrs from the sea to your plate, helping us to maintain sustainability.
In a town like Exmouth the fishing community is important to us, our ever changing menu supports this.
